Well good news platelets are at an all time low 169..that's the lowest ever.

Still recovering from a brain anyerisim..excuse the spelling but doing ok

My journey continues hope your all ok and staying safe

Glad to hear you are doing OK. Having also had a neurological event + MPN, I sure can get what it is like dealing with both things at once. Maybe you can back off a bit now on the cytoreduction and minimize any potential adverse effects. I am sure you and your doc will work that out.
