ET and Astra Zeneca
hello Madforgolf, if your concern is regarding the risk of blood clots, we have issued guidance about this on our websitempnvoice.org.uk/news/covid-...
best wishes, Maz
Hi I have ET, and I had the AZ jab getting my second next Monday, recommended by my Haematologist as I suffer a lot of allergies to certain drugs. Was totally fine, just a bit of a sore arm and headache which paracetamol helped with.Jean
I'm ET triple negative and I've had the 1st AZ jab 2nd due in 6 weeks
Here in Quebec, Canada , they ask if you have "any kind of platelet problems". If you respond yes, you are refused for the AZ vaccine. So no AZ for me!
I have ET and live in Ontario, Canada. Last month, I had my first Astrazeneca jab. No side effects - not even a sore arm. I plan to have the second unless advised otherwise.
I have ET triple negative. Had my first AZ vaccine on Saturday last. Paracetamol helped lessen the side effects I experianced for the few days. I am back to "My Normal" today & very relieved & thankfull I now have some level of protection from covid.
I had my first dose of Astrazeneca end of March and 2nd dose will be end June I have ET
I had my 1st and 2nd I have been fine...
I have been following Dr John Campbell’s YouTube reports on all of the peer-reviewed evidence on vaccination. The risk of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis is 5 per million with AstraZeneca vaccine and 4.1 per million with the Pfizer vaccine, based on the millions of dose given in the EU and UK.
Covid is much more likely to kill you.
He does recommend the drawing back of the syringe plunger to ensure that the dose is given into muscle and not directly into a vein.
