Hi everyone , , bit of a tongue in cheek (or sweet in mouth) post to see if any of you are like me struggling to limit snacking which has been a much bigger part of my days in the past 2-3 months more than any other time. I guess it's symptomatic of being indoors much more with the shielding, the cold weather and the boredom factor that results. So far a rough guestimate would be :-
Quarter ton of Liquorice Allsorts, Quarter ton wine Gums, Half ton Sports Mixtures, 500 bags of crisps and 200 Pkts various McVities biccies (other brands available).
OK so I'm exaggerating but you get the picture. I also drink tea during the day and fall into the trap of going to the biccy tin each time.
OLD HABITS DIE HARDER. . ,
Finally , I've been trying really hard not to lapse back anywhere near my pre SCT boozing habits. I try to limit my alchohol intake by having a couple of very weak shandys. More recently with the shandy I'm having 1 bottle of ale in the evening and half a bottle of vino at weekend. When you've been a real booze hound it's always in your psyche and you have to guard against relapsing. (I don't and have never drank spirits)
Be interested to find out how others are dealing with similar and any coping strategies like getting your partner to put a combination lock on the biscuit tin.
Take Care - Chris

Yes I've been snacking more drinking bit more at weekends but it is got to be lockdown I hoping to get back to my healthy lifestyle routine when the lockdown is over and done with just carnt be help like u say there nothing else to do tell then but we will get there again it will happen 1🙂xxx
Yeah as I say I've been reaching for the Allsorts a bit too much , , maybe when better weather comes i will change my habits. Just hard at the mo . . ,
Blimey! Fortunately Chris ( and you re going to hate me) because I have a condition called histaminosis as well as PV - I can’t tolerate alcohol or anything processed factory made or containing preservatives additives or chemicals. Lucky me huh? However I do snack and nibble. Don’t buy the rubbish. If it isn’t in the house you can’t eat it and sugar is THE very worst thing to eat for cancer patients - although I m talking rumours rather than blood cancers, but nevertheless......
I quite like “proper corn “ - the sweet and salty one I think it’s 60 Cal’s in a bag
How’s your cooking?
You could look up recipes for low fat low sugar biccies?
What about keeping some hummus or sour cream and chive dip in the fridge and dipping celery carrots cucumber in it? Yuck I hear you say.
Our gut and brain are very much linked and when our gut gets used to being full of sugar it’s constantly telling our brain to eat more.....I can’t talk by the way because I m addicted to Bendicks bitter mints and HAVE to have 2 after lunch!
It’s all a matter of training your gut to expect less sugar and it’s not easy.
Fresh fruit and a cuppa don’t go well together.
Do you like nuts? Almonds go surprisingly well with a cup of tea ( be careful though because 6-8 almonds have 80 calories )
It’s all a matter of that dear old thing - willpower - to start with.
I need to lose a stone and tried the 5:2 diet ( google it) I didn’t get past the first day! Good luck!
Hi Louise, , funnily enough until my SCT I didn't have a sweet tooth and it's only recently I've been concious of munching my way through more sugary stuffs. I love nuts but they're too hard for my teeth which were casualties of all my GVHD treatments. I know I will simply have to stop buying the sweets or put them in the kitchen cupboard instead of next to me.
I can't argue with anything you've put and I like the idea of sugar free or reduced sugar biccies. It's not a weight thing with me because it took me 3 or 4 years to get from 6 to the 8 stone 6 lb I am now.
I'll be better when we can get out in the garden etc again .
Blimey Chris, you only weigh 6 pounds more than me!!!My G S Ddogs are 50 kilo each too,you could go to a racing school and learn to ride a race horse, that will keep you exercised!!!!x
Yes Sally, I'm what you might call reet petite , , erm always been vertically challenged and slim guy and think I missed my vocation as a potential jockey but opportunity never knocked. My stable weight since a young man was 9 st 4lb until I got MF age 45 when it fluctuated a bit. Going to transplant I was about 9 stone thanks to the Ruxolitinib and went to about 7 and a half after it. Then the GVHD kicked in and I got the BK Virus shortly after when my weight fell rapidly losing all my muscle mass and dropped to 5st 10 lb. Was a bit touch and go at that point as to whether I'd pull through it. That was 4 and half yrs ago and it took about 3 yrs to reach 8 st. I'm ok now with where I'm at as any weight gain seems to go on my tum.
I'm a tad too old to saddle up now but do wonder what might of been.
Being a light healthy weight has probably helped you get thru all your hard times Chris.....I think it has helped me thru P V ,the Rux has actually made me heavier than I ever was,as you say the tum ,so annoying not to be able to fasten the skinny jeans !!!Just think, you could have been a top jump jockey or a teeny weeny flat one.We could have met up before M P N ,we had good 'chasers then............oh the days gone by.....x
You’re just too sensible Louise 😂🤣. Guess I need to live with you for 6 months! 😘Seriously, very sensible advice. Hope you and the family are all keeping well, including the little ones.
They were my dear mum’s favourite. I always got her a box for Christmas and think of her every time I see them. I love them too but my teeth wouldn’t. 😂
Crumbs you ARE a slim Jim! What are worrying about? I m a good half a stone plus heavier than you. Roll on spring chris - I was out with the dog today and in the sunshine out of the wind I could almost feel a bit of spring on the way. Couple of months and we ll be there x
Hi Ratton, , I think that's part of the solution here. What you don't have you can't eat or drink. We've been shopping fortnightly to cut down exposure time out in the shops so I've been doubling up on stuff. Next shop I will cut down or cut out certain things and see how I get on. Re your glass of wine , I know someone whose glass takes a full bottle 😲.
I stopped drinking alcohol in 2005, I was advised no to drink after my blood clot in the brain and after being told I have ET in 2007. (I don’t miss it) BUT I do like chocolate, sweets, biscuits with a cup of tea. I do limit myself. (I’m not catholic, my daughter’s are and I work in a catholic school) In Lent I give up sugar and have a treat on Sundays. ( helps loose weight 😁)
Hi Wendy, , when you're told or advised to stop something potentially harmful to your wellbeing or health it's a good idea to just do it as you did. One of my relatives was told to stop smoking after having 2 heart stents, he lasted about 2 or 3 weeks and now puffs away like the Flying Scotsman (well he is a Scot) . Sounds to me like you take a sensible approach to life's temptations.
Chris, you are just brilliant at cheering us all up in these sad and serious times. I’m with you all the way on the tea and biccies. I had a couple of boxes of biscuits for Xmas, i out them in a wardrobe out of the way so I wouldn’t see them, however last week I opened a large tin of shortbread, it lasted 4 days! Delicious!I buy small chocolate bars for when I really want something sweet, as long as they are less than 100 calories I think that’s ok. The fact I eat 2 or 3 a day doesn’t count. 😆😋
I don’t drink an aweful lot so I’m not worried about that.
Evenings are the worst for me. I try to keep busy doing jigsaw puzzles or knitting. Maybe you could take up knitting Chris? 🙄
Haha Judy, , I'd probably end up knitting Mars bars , , yeah Christmas goodies didn't help as I too polished off 2 good size boxes of shortbread and a tin of delicious Belgian choc bics mmmm., x
You see I m not such a saint Chris! In fact I ve just scoffed 2 bendicks mints 3 pieces of galaxy choc and 3 of milk choc Lindt. I keep them all in the freezer to make them last longer. Harder to bite. My old nashers will drop out soon. Just having a cuppa and thinking that a piece of gluten free flapjack would be nice.Recipe
150 gm butter
150gm syrup
Melt that in a pan
Add
250 gluten free oats and 160 gm desiccated coconut.
Mix well put in a nonstick tray about 9 ins square lined with grease proof to make getting it out easier and bake 30-40 mins on 150 ( fan) or 180 non fan.
Cut into squares when still hot.
You can of course use ordinary oats.
Don’t leave in oven too long or it will break your teeth. If sets very hard warm in microwave!
Louise you always were a hoot and thankfully still are a hoot, , you make me laugh lots . , , you're certainly not going to burn any calories polishing your halo. And I think from what you say about your bout of the munchies you must be smoking something herbal 😃. Seriously I think you will make anyone reading it feel alot better about themselves. I will show your recipe to my wife and see if she wants to make heart shaped Valentines flapjack xx
Gawd it stinks! I was walking in Manchester with younger daughter years ago and there was a ghastly pong. When I said jeepers what that smell, she said it’s cannabis mum. All can say is I hope it tastes better than it smells. It’s foul, as well as rotting your brain. I have a friend whose son went to a posh private school and spent every afternoon in the grounds smoking the stuff. Friend says they paid 100 grand for him to get a fine cannabis habit. He’s never worked so obviously rotted his brain. I’d have sued the school. In loco parent is and all that.
Yes it can give you long term paranoia. Stepson hasn't got away without it affecting him. Standing in our hallway we could smell his weed stash which was in his bedroom in a bedside drawer, in a plastic bag. He's spent thousands on the stuff over many years. Sadly. , x
I bought Bendicks mints after your recommendation a couple of years ago, they certainly are a yummy, difficult to keep my will power!2 years old! Good grief where has the time gone? Well, we know where the last year has gone! 😂
Meant say Judy, that I also buy a mini bars of choc. My choice is a 5 bar pack of Aldi Moser Roth 70% cocoa dark choc rather than a big bar of Greene and Blacks, or Lindt. Partly coz its much cheaper and partly coz a half of one of these small bars is enough for me as it's rich and a bit bitter to the taste. My good lady can demolish a large bar of Cadbury in the blink of an eye. C x
I'm not so much a snacker, my downfall is too much stodgy food in this cold weather. Huge portions of Black country favorites like, faggots and paes (please note, paes not a spelling mistake, Bc lingo.) Grey paes, fried black pudding, homemade stews and curries. I don't think I could afford to snack (weight wise) with all that stodge anyway.🤣😋 carry on snacking Chris, a little bit of what you fancy and all that,😉. Tina.🤗
Crikey Tina a girl after my own heart. . Stews, Curry, Black pud. , though I don't do much pastry it don't agree with me so well. I like a lass with a good appetite, I dated a girl many years ago who was like a stick insect and took her to a decent eatery. The food was fab but I ended up too full for desert as I ate most of hers too. She more or less called me a pig by commenting about having my nose in the trough so I said I should of saved my hard earned doh and invited her to mine for a caraway seed dipped in bacon fat for taste. It didn't last. Chris x
Not a snacker generally here....unless ive had a couple of beers then snacking on nuts and crisps is my downfall.
That and the alcohol of course.
During lockdown we have done 2 dry months, October and January. But must admit i have found at other times, especially in the summer months which were great weather, that i was cracking open a beer or two in the evenings.
It was earlier too, as working from home means not commuting.
Currently trying to limit it to the weekend right now, although if the football is on midweek i will have a couple (to numb the pain of another defeat more than anything😜)
Certainly of the view we should allow ourselves treats even at the best of times, and now is not the best of times so something to look forward to is important for our mental health, of course our physical health needs to be maintained too.
Hi Paul, , I don't think you've owt to worry about drinking wise unless you weight gain easily. . I only mentioned it coz prior to my SCT I was caning the beer both at home and down at my club. To my credit when I had to stop to prepare for Transplant I just stopped. My wife was amazed. I didn't then take a drink for about 2 and half years. Interesting point you make about cracking a beer earlier than usual , I guess many working from home find themselves having a glass of wine or a G & T , beer at lunch or mid pm. I try not to drink any alchohol before 6pm.
I think it's a good thing to aim for at least 3 dry days a week. Shame I don't practise what I preach.
Hope your team picks up so you don't need to drown as many sorrows.
I'm definitely in the same camp as you! When I went for my vaccination I dressed up, smart trousers instead of my usual around the house leggings, and someone has been in my wardrobe and tightened the waistband on my good clothes! Who would do such a thing? Tea is definitely too wet without a biscuit - that's a known fact! l love sweeties, fruit gums are my favourites - part of your 5 a day surely? You've got to get some pleasure out of life! X
Thats a funny thing lizzie, I wonder if it was the same one who visited me and tightened the waistband of my jeans, I dare not try on my smart trouser suit trousers, I don't think i'd get them past my hips!🤣🤣🤣 Tina.🤗
I think they’re travelling the country doing this! 😱 Lots of snow here today so can’t go for my usual walk to get me away from the cupboards for a bit. It’s difficult for me to walk when it’s dry, I have severe arthritis I daren’t set foot outside when it’s slippery. 😁
Yes, we have a bit of the white stuff here and still ❄ its -1 outside but the real feel is -6. So glad my jabs tomorrow and not today, don't think I could make it out of the house. Strictly a duvet day for me today! Tina🤗
Hi Lizzie, , haha yes in the evening I need to loosen my belt a notch to allow my tum some breathing space. I'm sure I read somewhere that a handful of fruit gums constitute up to 2 of your 5 a day. . Whereas wine Gums don't count against your daily Unit intake. 😃. I'm pleased to learn I wasn't the only one who put on my bestest bib and tucker to go for the jab. There's been so little excuse for making much if any of an effort to smarten up a tad. I even liberally sprayed on my best scent which wasn't Brut or Hi Karaté !!
Hi Chris. Well done you for declaring in public!! I don’t drink alcohol but I confess to having a snacking problem too. It has been worse during lockdown and always worse in the evening it seems. I find I raid the cupboards while emptying the dishwasher after supper! My current favourite is dried pineapple!! I also go for nuts although I worry about my teeth too! I did try cut up carrots and celery for a short while but my cravings seem to outweigh my guilt! I don’t drink tea and only one cup of coffee a day and find herbal and fruit teas don’t provoke the need for a biscuit but coffee is far too wet without one (or two)😂. I have been blaming ruxolitinib dose increase for my weight gain but I’m probably not being entirely honest with myself there😲. Roll on the better weather and a daily walk. They say you have to walk a long way to lose weight but even short distances that I can manage at least keep me away from the cupboardsIf you find a simple solution other than pure self control you must let us all know! Take care my friend. Jan x
Hi Jan, , yes it's a combination but Ruxolitinib definitely increased my weight as I was always stable until taking it and gained a stone in a year. And it didn't shrink my spleen. It pays to reduce the carbs when taking it. I'm still getting out and use crutches to propel myself along and on sand mainly so it's a good work out for me. Helps to burn off some of those sweeties . To be honest it's a Winter thing for me because I always find jobs to do in the summer months which keeps me busy and again burns off calories.
Hi Hydrox, was in my Dad's garage last week hunting out a screwdriver and on the shelf was one of the old QS tins (no chox just drill bits) and I'd truly forgotten how large those tins used to be. I called my wife and said "look at the size of this tin , it would take about 3 of today's to fill it" . Then we started to reminisce about other stuff. I did note yours was a 2kg 😃
“In a dark place we find ourselves, and a little more knowledge lights our way.” – Yoda
“Do or do not. There is no try.” – Yoda
I “Do Not” when it comes to resisting the calling of the snacks, fail do I miserably, it feels like a vicious circle between comfort and then thinking eating more will help the fatigue and give me more energy 🤔 I did complete dry January, and really didn’t feel any better for it, I have been led to believe Ruxolitinib has a part to play in eating more and have been told a lot of people experience weight gain when they start on it.
Hi Ourlife, , yes I love the Yoda wisdom (obviously! ) . I was close to my heaviest when I used to take Ruxolitinib, it wasn't due to it shrinking my spleen so my stomach wasn't compromised because it didn't work for me. But I felt generally much better and had a good appetite when taking it. It could alter ones metabolism making the weight harder to shift. I dunno. But I put well over a stone on in a year , unheard of for me. Chrisv
I stopped drinking about a year into my MPN journey, (2017), & have not thus far returned...
However... I have promised myself a most decadent seafood banquet, with cheese platters and the best Australian vino, once I have successfully completed my coming Cycling For A Cure ride that commences April 10, 2021...
Steve I know your body is a temple in that you need peak fitness to attempt your cycling challenge and I respect that. . I hope it's a goer in April because you've trained hard. I'm sure we will all be interested in your progress when it happens. I sure will. No doubt we shall chat before then .
We have been doing dry January and now into dry February. We also started calorie counting on Jan 4th we downloaded my fitness Pal app it counts all the calories you eat once you have inputted your food it stores it in the history.
I portion control all our meals now.
You can even input all the ingredients into a recipie and it works out how many calories per portion the meal is.
We've both lost 10lb so far hoping for another 1.5st off.
That's fab Tracey, , my wife has attended WW for many years and has been on what's called maintenance for a long time having reached her goal in the first year . It's important to build in treats as part of your weight loss strategy whether spread out across the week or on one night. My wife's treat night was Thursday as the weigh ins were Thursday AM. You should be proper proud of what you've both achieved because my first wife was a yoyo dieter and I know from experience how hard it is to stick at it.
I'm sure others will take a look at the Apps available based on your success.
It's hard maintaining your weight I got to target with slimming world but things get in your way.
Now we in lockdown nowhere is open so it was ideal for us to start last month.
I had lost two stone but I gained a stone.
So here I go again everytime I feel hungry I drink I pint of sugar free juice .
We all having sat night off going to do a valentine's theme buffet
Our daughter is on slimming world so we doing healthier treats!
Weight watchers is good as it's portion controlled.
I made a butter chicken curry on sat night with boiled rice and home made onion bhajis on slimming world it's all free food it was 750 calories for us ouch!!
Get your self a treat tin Chris with a daily allowance of sweets in . This way your cutting back but still having a treat.
Hope you keeping well and your SCT seems like ages away now .
I will think about the treat tin , , it's not the weight issue for me , just the sugar intake generally and my teeth (that are left) which were hammered by all the treatment. My wife is keeping a watch on her weight esp post Chrimbo but is doing well because like you through experience and knowledge she knows what foods are calorific and points things up per 100gms. So even without the weekly WW meet she is able to control her weight within a pound or 2 each way. Those ladies that kinda play at it will likely have a not insubstantial gain when the meetings get back on track. Unless it moves on line.
Keep up your hard work it's worth it.
Yes it's over 5 years since Transplant and I'm doing ok , ,had 4 more Grand-Children since then . . . Gee I'm old.
Mary , , , My wife ate them all, , I actually got her a Percy Pig Advent Calendar this time instead of her usual Thornton one. . I'm too tight to buy both. Chris x
I used to snack a lot more but my taste buds changed and I don’t really crave the sweets any more. But I also believe we have one life and we should enjoy it. So, as long as you don’t overdo it, enjoy your snacks. My motto is everything in moderation.
It's a great motto to live ones life by Cindy , , , I reckon it's a Winter thing with me I don't have the same amount of time sitting around drinking tea in the Summer months. Before my Transplant I hardly ate any sweet stuff but it changed me in that respect. Cant blame my donor coz as i think you are aware I had my Sisters Stem Cells and she is a Vegetarian but I still eat meat.
I live in Florida in the USA. Since we don’t really have seasonal changes, we don’t really have a winter here. We had our coldest day last week when it went down to 48 degrees Fahrenheit. But being on lockdown because of Covid definitely contributes to eating more. After everything you’ve gone through already, I have no doubt you’ll get this under control.
Hi everyone, this is my first post (newly diagnosed ET JAK2 in January) so I'm a bit nervous about launching into the forum.. I have a lot of empathy with everyone struggling to resist temptation regarding eating and drinking - especially during this winter lockdown. I wonder if you might be interested in the ZOE Covid-19 app. If you register, you get lots of useful information, like the webinar that is due to take place tomorrow at 16.00. This gives an outline of the theme but I do think you have to register to get access to the webinar.
It may not stop you reaching for the biscuit tin but on the basis that I notice MPN folk are generally very curious about health matters in general, I thought I would share this.
Hi Snowdrop, good to hear from you. . It might be an idea to repost your links and introduce yourself as a separate thread as many who might be interested may not see it here as reply to me. No need to be nervous because everyone is friendly and try to help and support one another. I'm sure you'll get some welcoming responses.
Booze is no problem for me because I feel crap even after a small amount. Chocolate is another matter! Some days I’ve been relatively good but others not! If a bit of chocolate makes me feel better, then at the moment I’m having it! Sorry, not much encouragement for you Chris - I’ve failed this time! Kindest regards Aime xx😻😻
Hi Aime , , I think for me too it's all partly to do with being in lockdown, , so little to look forward to short term etc. One tends to think sod it live for today. Regarding your aversion to alchohol, you'd be a cheap night out there 😃, no doubt though you like Michelin star restaurants. I do but unfortunately I have champagne tastes on a pale ale income.
You’re in good company with me, Aime! I am also a cheap date since I rarely drink alcohol. Once in a blue moon, I would have a glass of wine with dinner but since we don’t go out to restaurants anymore, even that’s out. Water is usually it for me, as well.
Yes, I used to enjoy a glass of wine but I get a splitting sore head then feel like I’ve drunk heaps even after a very small glassful so have given up and drink water and sometimes a soft drink - definitely a cheap date. Oops I’m also married and a Grannie, just in case anyone gets the wrong idea plus I’m on the wrong side of 60!x😻😻😱🤣🤣🤣😈
Oh I like any class of food but definitely cheap to take out for a drink! I know what you mean about the lockdown. Hard to see the end but with vaccines plus the large numbers who have had it, in the next few months, surely we will start returning to normal of some kind. Glass half full - even if it is half full of water!😻😻🤣🤣
I hear you re the ales & wine.!Thankfully I don’t have a great appetite nor a sweet tooth.
I love a real ale or a glass of wine though.
Like you lockdown hasn’t really increased my alcohol intake but I have got into the habit of drinking less, but more regularly (probably same overall).
I tell myself 1 or 2 drinks a day is ok (but really know it’s not). Should really only have a couple of drinks 2or3 times a week I suppose.
I’m hoping that when the warmer weather comes, lockdown eases & there’s more that we can do that I’ll find other things occupying my mind instead of “is it beer o clock”?
Yeah Threelions, , I've lived a chunk of my life by the beer o'clock clock. . Not so much nowadays though. After my SCT I promised myself I wouldn't lapse back into my old ways of going the club at half 4 having a good swallow and home for a can or two after that. I still go to the club a couple of nights when open but never overindulge.I like a bottle or 2 of ale and a glass or two of decent vino at weekend and feel I appreciate it more.
Like you Im looking ahead to better weather where I can occupy myself with things other than food and drink.
Ah Hunter , , sage advice from both your good self and Willies old man , , my Dad is a big fan of Mr Nelsons songs. And moderation works well for me too. Regards - Chris
Well I took the bull by the horns about a month ago and started a Rosemary Connelly diet. It’s worked well in the past the recipes are delicious. My son is a financial victim of Covid he’s lost his job and was very over weight so we are doing it together. We are now both out of the obese category. It’s very time consuming so it’s been quite good we are both chuffed. It will be interesting to see if my heamoglobin goes up. Something I’m constantly struggling with. It’s still early days as I’ve only gone back to my pre Christmas weight but determined to go further.
Wyebird, , you sound like you've got the determination to build on your initial success getting down to your pre Chrimbo weight and both you and your son have every right to feel chuffed. I applaud you both for sticking at it and hope you carry it on supporting one another along the way and get where you want to be.
Finally I'm sorry about the situation regarding your sons job, unfortunately all too common a devastating blow to many these past months.
Come on? I was diagnosed with Diabetes 2 and told by the way you are in isolation, 23rd March 2020, now sugar level diet excellent! Weight 1 1/2 stone off! Any 'snacks' in those 11 months, purely apples, nuts [natural stuff?] and you bung in this? Actually got my first vaccine jab two days ago! No seriously now no snack problem at all! Gloat! Gloat!😗👏👏👏👍👍
Fair play to you Adlon you've earned the right to gloat I'd say , , I'm sure many envy you there. As someone whos had Diabetes (steroid induced) it's good you've managed to get your sugars under control and a much better option than relying on daily insulin. My Brother in Law manages his in the same way avoiding all sugary snacks so it can be done. And your weight loss is a bonus too. Glad you've had your jab hope you're ok after it.
Great post! I could eat sugary things for every meal; what I do is treat myself with one sweet food treat per day. Usually I have it after supper, in the pudding slot, but sometimes I have it at 4 o’ clock with a cup of tea. Or I’ll have some fruit juice at 4 o clock, AND a post-supper sugar treat. This way, I don’t feel deprived, and can still get that sugar energy hit at the mid-afternoon slump.
Yes Lucy I'm still finding it hard to limit my snacking , , it's not a major issue for me because I'm a wee guy and throughout my life have luckily tucked in to grub and drank enough beer to fill 2 Olympic swimming pools without piling on too much weight. However it's what you don't see that can be problematic esp as I'm now in later life. (One of Grandsons today said I am an old fossil 😃 cheeky devil)I think your treat strategy is a good one because like you say you don't feel you're missing out if you restrict yourself too severely. I think many folk have been snacking far more than usual during this pandemic esp those on furlough.
Lovely to read this from Lucy. After stepping in the scales this morning, I have literally just cleared all the chocolate bars from my fridge. Anything more than 100 calories has been put in a tin with thick sellotape all around it. I’m hoping this works?! 🤣🤣 xx
Now Judy you need to put your tin into a wee safe , destroy the combination and in true Road Runner cartoon style make sure you have no access to a pneumatic drill or dynamite. Then I think it may remain uneaten. 😃. Chris x
