Dizziness after eating

Why do I feel dizzy after eating? I have had Polycythemia vera for about six years and take Hydroxycarbomide, aspirin, lacidipine and omeprazole - my blood pressure ranges between low and high! Is it just the blood rushing to my stomach leaving my brain?

HI Clackh, sorry to hear this, not very nice for you, you need to discuss this with your haematologist or your nurse specialist for their advice, hope you get it sorted out. Best wishes, Maz
