This does look promising. While not a cure, controlling erythrocytosis without phlebotomy is a great option in symptom management. Thanks for posting this.

Dear Hunter5582, symptoms’ management is not the purpose of this treatment. The aim is to reduce the vascular complications which are the main causes of mortality. Doesn’t really matter if a cure is never discovered as long as with safely live with it
