MPN Voice is going to do its best to continue to serve the MPN community during the Coronavirus crisis. We will continue to be active on social media, to keep our website updated and to respond to your questions on HealthUnlocked.
Unfortunately, many of the amazing fundraising activities that our members and their friends and families organise will not be possible for several months this year, because of the need to avoid social events during the crisis.
We are therefore making an appeal for online donations via our website so that we can continue our work to support MPN patients and their families.
So, with the money you're saving by not having that tasty curry on Friday night, those drinks in the pub this weekend, or a few of those regular cappuccinos, please consider making a donation to MPN Voice
So very right mary about it being a worthy cause, I tried for 2 days to make a donation via my phone but it wouldn't go through,so done it by giving my details to my daughter who done it on her computer for me. Even if people on this site gave just the cost of a good coffee it would make a huge difference if we all did it.Sending warm wishes.tina.xx.🤗
Hi Paul, thank you so much, so kind and generous of you, and yes thank you I am keeping very well, hope all ok with you. Take care and best wishes, Maz
Thank you for this service. Have made a donation. I don’t often post on here but I do read regularly and find it very helpful- particularly at the moment.
So important to keep MPN VOICE going, especially now. Love and thanks to you all.
And special love and thanks to the team at Guy’s and their colleagues across the UK and the world who are facing unprecedented professional and personal challenges.
Hi Ebot, brilliant, thank you so much we really do appreciate your support and generosity, and for you lovely words, very much appreciated, take care Maz
Thank you for the link to community hubs in Lanarkshire Maz great source of support will check it out further. Please everyone consider what life would be like without this amazing link to so many things.
The wonders of modern technology, i'd been trying to donate for 2days to donate via my phone unsuccessfully so this morning I gave my daughter my log-in details and I finally was able to make my donation on her computer. I'm happy to support a wonderful forum and give a little back. I hope everyone will donate, even the smallest amount all count towards it. Warm wishes to all. Tina.x🤗
Dear Tina, thank you so much, it is very kind and generous of you and we appreciate your support, and also thank you for all the support and kind words you offer to people on this forum. Stay safe and well. Best wishes, Maz
Done and dusted, sorry it’s not a lot but better than nothing. The amount does not show my huge appreciation for the work you and your team do Maz but can’t afford heaps on the work pension at the moment.
Hope you are well and keeping safe. Kindest regards and THANK YOU.
Hi Aime, that's brilliant, thank you so much for your support, we do appreciate it so much, and also your support on this forum to everyone, Best wishes, Maz x x x
Thank you for all the support and advice, both on the forum and online, as well as the excellent webinar yesterday. Truly amazing work, we all need to support this wonderful charity. Given our household reduced activity during lockdown I have done an extra donation today. It’s also easy to include them when doing your will, I did this some years ago, it doesn’t have to be everything, I have just done a percentage. Worth considering.
Hi Gset, thank you so much, that is very kind of you, glad you enjoyed the webinar yesterday, we were all extremely pleased by how many people were watching and have since watched the video recording. Best wishes, Maz
Hello Sally, thank you so much, very kind of you. All good here thank you in North Devon, lockdown has been ok as we live in a very small village, and plenty of fields to walk in with my dog, we see more sheep and horses than people. Hope all ok with you. Best wishes, Maz x
