How to handle fatigue naturally and symptoms of ET??
I am a lot older than you and on HU daily plus aspirin. However, I find that I can often exercise through it. I walk and, after 10 mins + feel better especially if I continue walking. Sometimes, however, I can't bring myself to do that and just go to bed. I usually sleep a couple of hours and then get up.Hope exercise helps you …..
Hi, hubby has the same experience. He paces himself so does a little, rests, does a bit more, rests. Although you can try to battle through the brickwall when it hits its not always safe too so unless absolutely necessary to keep going, sit & rest through it. Try to keep a diary to see what activities have the biggest effect on your energy levels & try to not do more than 1 if the big energy sappers in the same day. Go caffeine free, stay hydrated, gentle exercise. You can have a few sessions with a Fatigue management clinic, your GP can refer you which is quite helpful and helps with the techniques. Remember its ok to stop & rest when you need too x
Just sleep or rest.
