My Heamatoligist said exactly that Steve, that cardiovascular health is the most important thing we can do for ourselves. This is exactly what I am trying to achieve myself. I have no symptoms of ET and I want to keep it this way. I am still working at almost 68. I only take aspirin daily. Love your research. Lyn NZ x

Hi Lynn , good to see your reply to Steve! I too at 68 was diagnosed with ET in May, at first I was overwhelmed and thought I had every symptom , mind can do crazy things. I’ve been free of the symptoms by Gods Grace. Prayer and faith for His touch upon my Body has been the key. I to take baby aspirin, that’s it. Platelets have been as high as 576, last draw was 390 first time in 7 years not flagged High. My morning is a shot of Tumeric, a 553,mg Tumeric tab Garden of Life, Nordic Fish Oil, D3, Organic Tahini 2 spoons, Cranberry Juice. And a daily vigorous swim of 44 laps. Swimming really oxegenates the body. Blood pressure is normal. I retired from my corporate job on 6/1/18, but I pastor a church full time. May God continue to help all of us take Steve’s encouragement to heart, stay fit 🙏🏻😊

Merry Christmas, Clarke

This is an amazing story. It makes me so happy that someone apart from Steve is so positive with ET. Exercise is so great for your body and mind! I think my job as a nurse has help with keeping myself moving. Wow, to see your platelets decrease to a normal value is fantastic. My last test 5 months ago were 701. Have been as lo as 601. I also give thanks every night for my health, and healing . Lyn x

Ps where are you from Clarke?

Hi Lyn, I’m from Greensburg Pa, USA. Yes we need more positive communications, what people are doing that’s encouraging and hopeful, Dr’s say that keeping positive is huge part of our healing.
