Why are Bright Yellow curry dishes determined as being the best for one's health...?

My guess is that it possibly applies to all sources of Curcumin... To understand it better, I would suggest that you have a read through the complete PDF file Link that I have already provided, and then formulate your own estimations of what you think might warrant your concerns etc...

In my view, we all need to be our own very best advocates... I can tell you that the subject article has been very well researched by Stanford University researchers. However, we all march to the sounds of our own drummers, do we not?

Thank you. Medical drugs have often been recalled due to contamination. They are always from China. Amlodopine a blood pressure drug was the last one. Why can't we manufacture our own?

Hi Steve,

once again you send us an eye opener. This is really sad. I use only organic turmeric powder, which I prepare myself. Mine comes from India not Bangladesh. All this neoliberalism and the ensuing globalization is leading the world into a dead end. No one really knows anything anymore. Making money is priority, at any cost. Is there any honor left among business people or many others that we depend upon? Sad.
