This is quite an interesting article relating to both Coagulants (AC) and Anti-Platelet (AP) medications, along with some very useful recommendations for how long after a bleeding event intervention one should wait before resumption, and why?

The writing below is directly from the DISCUSSION section of said article with its Conclusions.
