Have you tried Gelclair, made by Helsinn? Economical to buy a bottle, use 15 ml mixed with 40 m water and wash it round your mouth, then spit out. Recommended for cancer patients, anyone on chemo, which includes Hydrea. Seems good to me.

I use Aloclair gel and mouthwash,I buy from Amazon,it's Italian,Alliance Pharma...mouth and tongue being sore is the bane of my life.!stops me from eating many things I like.

Yes, cooler weather is great! I think your mouthwash might be similar, I got it through the internet but it came from somewhere very foreign and I had to research instructions. Cardio not yet, I sent an email but am awaiting a response. All under control, so not urgent. Good luck to you with all.
