I think from what I’ve read it’s to do with blood vessels getting blocked with the sticky blood

Possible Hyperviscosity of the blood depending on your levels. hard to say as we also experience things that do not directly relate to the ET. Another consideration is that if you are JAK2+ ET, then the increased load of inflammatory cytokines you nay experience could be a secondary cause.
