Does using cannabis oil reduce yr platelet count?

I started using cannabis oil afew weeks ago but my platelets are low is the cannabis oil the reason for that?

Hi Kerry, your question is not clear. I assume that the platelets went down after you took CBD. Were your platelets always stable before that? Then they went down suddenly? By how much? How much CBD did you take (which strain, how much per dose, and how often per day)? Was this prescribed? These questions are important to get a better look at if the CBD May have affected them. I am a hopper ad my platelets go up and down regularly. Cheers
