Hi, yes a lot of people have been very successful in claiming on their insurance policies, there are lots of posts on this forum about it, if you look at the right hand side you will see a list under the heading Related Posts.
I recently have been successful with Aviva.

We claimed on ours for Hubby's ET. Wasn't sure if they would but paid out quite quickly. Good luck
