I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who are part of this forum, you are all lovely people and the support you show to others is amazing, so well done all of you.
I also want to say to all of you, enjoy yourselves over Christmas, try not to stress too much about getting everything done, it will wait, don't get too tired, if you do, stop and rest and don't feel guilty. Let other people help you if they offer, if they don't offer, give them some BIG hints that it's their turn to wash up or make a cup of tea.
I shall be lounging on the sofa watching lovely Christmas films (including Die Hard) (for about the millioneth time!!) and eating as much chocolate and cake that I possibly can, and it is quite a lot! Christmas lunch will be ready when it's ready, so may be Christmas dinner, who cares, it's Christmas!!!
I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas Maz. Thanks for all you do on this forum and for MPN Voice. As a newly diagnosed young-ish ET patient this year, the forum and charity website gave me some really good advice so that I can understand the illness a bit more, and just get on with living life!
Merry Christmas Maz. It is the most amazing group of people here. But you are part of the reason itβs so great. And you also help us a lot. Enjoy your chocolate & movies! Katie
The same to you Maz, I will have my feet up watching the Greatest showman again and again, love it. Letβs hope that 2019 is a good year for us all health wise, well the best as it can in the circumstances.
Very well said Maz I totally agree with all your comments. I wish you and everyone on this amazing forum and all involved in running it a great Christmas and lets see what 2019 brings us. You never know with medical science a break through could be on the cards for us all. All the very best Pat
Merry Christmas to you too and everyone on the forum who have been a great support to me. I have now been discharged from my heamotoligist, after lots of tests, lasting a year, they can find no reason for my high platelets, that have been high for 6 years now. So that's that. Goodbye all. Love always, sarahjane. XxX
Merry Christmas and a joyful New Year to all! This forum is amazing and has been an enormous support to me through the most difficult 3 years of my life! I canβt thank you all enough!
But the biggest thanks to Maz for making it possible
Thank you maz and a very merry Christmas to you and all of your family. It's great to know there is another Die Hard fan out there, you just added to the debate that is going on in our house is Die Hard a Christmas film of course it is π
Merry Christmas to you and your family too, Maz. And thank you for all you do to help keep this wonderful forum going. There are many Facebook pages popping up in βsupportβ of MPNs but so many are seeped in confrontations and high opinions. This forum is SO different in that it always offers real support for people as they need it.
It is we, who should be thanking you for all you do. Unless youβre a forum attender or realise who is the mainstay behind Mpn voice on which we all rely so much, you wonβt know how incredibly HARD Maz works to keep it all going. You deserve a medal!
Absolutely right, donβt stress! Itβs one day, and no one cares!
Wishing everyone out there a really lovely Christmas, and the happiest and healthiest of New Years - and always remember, look on the bright side, keep your cups three quarters full - there is always someone out there in a far worse spot than we we are!
So hereβs to us. Merry Christmas πππππππππππππππ
Wishing you all a lovely Christmas taking all the advice we can get and trying to keep stress levels down. After all next week it will all be in the past for another year !
A special thank you to you Maz for giving us a kind and friendly forum to offer and receive encouragement and support. It matters to us all so much
I appreciate all of your hard work on this forum and MPN Voice. I find it so comforting to know that I can sign on here and I feel so at home. You are the best! Have a very Merry Christmas! I will be thinking of you and that chocolate!
Merry Christmas Maz and to everyone else. I am lucky to have all my family coming as it is possible this is my last one.
Thatβs very good advice Maz. Merry Christmas Maz. Hope you have a smashing day. Many many thanks for all you do for the forum and us as members. We probably donβt say it enough but is is very very much appreciated x
Happy Christmas from the Outer Hebrides! Thank you, Maz, for all you do and for ensuring this forum is helpful, positive and encouraging. We relatives (my husband has PV) need support, information and advice too - the forum is the place to find this. The people are all so kind and caring and will rally round even when I havenβt been in touch for ages. All the best to all of you for 2019 and hope for progress in research for MPNs. Pass the chocolates...!
Wishing you Maz, a very Happy Christmas and many thanks for all your hard work keeping us all updated with the latest news about our problems what ever they are.
Merry Christmas Maz and all the Very Best for the New Year!
Thank you so much for your work with the forum, I know that it is far more than "just a job" for you and you really care and make people welcome and feel supported. The forum has been a real blessing and something of a life-line for me both through all the ups and downs of discovering how to adapt to life with an MPN.
Thank you Maz, all the best to you and yours! And Merry Christmas and happy new year to all I have and all I have not conversed with from a mostly non poster, of late! Iβm glad to say itβs because Iβve been busy and not so unwell, and have felt very lucky to have been that way, I wish everyone else was so fortunate!
