This is amazing David hope on the horizon. I have very advanced MF, Jakafi possibly slowing things down but not stopping the advance!!! I'll definitely enquire at my next haem appointment. Many thanks for posting and giving us hope. Pat

You're right Eire66, there is hope on the horizon. It seems to me now, more than ever.....still a long way to go. Sorry to hear about your advanced MF. Once approved, Fedratinib will provide a solid 2nd line therapy to Jakafi. Please do inquire with your haem for more info.

Fedratinib will be out in june2019, it's the best so far. Wikipedia has information about the medicine. Good luck I have myelofibrosis taking jakafi.
