Hi, I’m sorry we are not medics on this forum but a big welcome to you. You must be diagnosed by a haematologist. If you have a look at the MPN Voice website, you will find trustworthy information on there which will perhaps help you get some answers .

Of course there are always possibilities, however, it would be best for your doctors to test you further as there are many other types of mutations that you might still have, such as: MPL, CALR or even Triple negative?
Of course, only further specific tests are able to determine or exclude those other driver mutation possibilities...
As Aime mentions below, best ask your Haematologist to assist you with having some other tests done...
