MPN EXPERTS IN THE EAST MIDLANDS ???

just thought I'd ask if anyone is aware of wether there are any expert Mpn doctors in & around the Midlands in the uk ??

Hi nightsky,

I live in Nottinghamshire, I’m not aware of any MPN haematologists in the East Midlands. However, EM covers a lot of Counties so maybe someone else may know for sure.

At an MPN forum I listened to a haematologist speak who was based at Birmingham.

She really impressed me.

That was Joanne Ewing and she’s based at Ward 19 in Heartlands Hospital in east Birmingham. It’s a centre of excellence for MPNs. She diagnosed my MF and is very approachable, as are her colleagues.
