Elevated levels show that you have most probably Polycythemia Vera. It is a type of blood cancer. But dont be scared of word cancer here, because people with this condition can live long and good quality of life. You seems so young so my brother I hope and pray that that you will fight with this disease better.

Dr. Can better guide you. My jak2 was also negative and other two tests were negative also. But I still have ET and it was confirmed by bone marrow biopsy.
