Can’t win! I itch AFTER I shower. Have to dry off and then hang about until moisturising and dressing. Makes for a leisurely morning. Jump up and down like a flea if I have to get showered and dressed in a hurry. Irritatingly diverting. 🤣🤣

I don’t itch as much since starting Hydroxy. It’s worse in the winter than the summer and worse in the morning than the evening🤔 My Haem said it’s the change in temperature that causes the itch, nice warm shower then the cold air hits! When that happens, I get out of the shower, wrap in two huge bath towels and get back under the duvet for 10 minutes. Seems to work for me.

Oh YES! Have shower. Dry off FAST. Hit the underside of the duvet. (Sometimes fall asleep. Oops!)
