Random pains

Hi, I was diagnosed with Jak2- 3 yrs ago and Karl+ 18 mths ago. I have what I call ' my pain of the day' it varies and can be anywhere, head, shoulder, knees and toes. Inside or outside. I am on hydroxy 1500 mon fri and 500 sat... plus asprin. Anyone else get random pains. I am 66yrs old...

Hello Lynne, yes yes yes. I was constantly getting random pains with the worst being electric shocks throughout my body just when drifting off to sleep, they were very painful and sharp. These have actually stopped since discontinuing hydroxy (now on interferon). I could never discuss this with doctors as the list was endless and i could never articulate the exact pains except for the shocks, i would normally just be labelled neurotic lol.
