I recently learned that bone pain can be a result of vitamin D deficiency. Itās worth getting that checked out. Itās too soon yet to tell if vit d supplement will help me. I am apparently āprofoundlyā vit D deficient
Thankyou, goid idea. My son has just been put on a massive 'loading dose' of vitamin d as he was depleted. He had tiredness and aches but has other conditions that we put it down to. Think I'll get mine checked next time too.
Hope yours helps you š
Hi. I think I just read a recent report from Cleveland Clinic in US (highly respected Clinic/Hospital) that you need magnesium to absorb vitamin D. So if they recommend you take Vit. D, Iād research that. Katie
Thank you for that. Just a quick google confirms what you are saying about magnesium. Neither my haematologist nor GP know much about vitamin D supplements so I guess it will be up to me to research! I notice a couple of articles refer to mortality as a result of vitamin D deficiency so I am now going to set to and do some homework! One of the most annoying symptoms I am getting is severe sweating from my head and neck. My face drips sweat at times. Ugh! I recently read that this can be a sign of vit D deficiency so I am hoping to become a complete new woman when Iāve done this researchšš
I usually find that drinking (even) more water helps with my bone aches.
