Help with keeping hydrated.

Hi and Merry Xmas,

Over the months I have seen a number of posts from people concerned about staying hydrated and how do you count how much water you have had to drink. Well this dot count hydration water bottle from Joseph may help, see

I got one as a present this morning and it seems to work great.

Well John thankyou. I have no problem keeping track of my water intake but. I do love a special bottle and this fits the bill perfectly so it’s ordered!!
