Blood test departments: not very user friendly

Hi

The blood test department at the East Surrey hospital has a notice saying take a numbered ticket if you need a blood test - and also another notice saying in smaller print Don't take a numbered ticket. Don't believe it? Here's a photo . Taken today

I told the East Surrey Hospital PALS who say they will look into it I'll keep you posted.

You’d think someone would have the sense to put the second notice over the first! Personally I’d hedge my bets - take a ticket and go and sit down. Clearly there is an inefficient phlebotomy theme going on in this Forum right now!
