Hello I am PV patient. I have been confirmed JAK mutation to be negative , Bone marrow aspiration & biopsy to be normal,EPO slightly lower than normal range. I had been given hydroxyurea for three months and still taking aspirin tab daily. What is my further diagnosis and treatment?
