Hello I am PV patient. I have been confirmed JAK mutation to be negative , Bone marrow aspiration & biopsy to be normal,EPO slightly lower than normal range. I had been given hydroxyurea for three months and still taking aspirin tab daily. What is my further diagnosis and treatment?

Hello, you will need to discuss your further diagnosis and treatment with your haematologist, we are unable to advise you on this. Best wishes, Maz
