Just seen your message Tara hence the quick response. I am just about to go to my doctors surgery to arrange a Vit B 12 injection with the nurse. I have been having them for three years now and whereas I could not say I am leaping over fences when I have had it done, my tiredness is definitely less than it once was. I also take folic acid every day on the instruction of my haem. I also take aspirin. By the way, I ask for the injection to be in my bottom and then do not have the painful arm afterwards that I once had.
Linda
Thank you Linda
I had a 1 off injection.. but not seeing haematologist until Nov so thought in the meantime i'd try these.. i suppose cant do any harm!
good luck with your injection.

Hi, I was on B12 injections 1 for 10 weeks, I was great for the first 5 weeks, lots of energy. Then it didn't work. I went back to the hospital in June and they said I had to continue 1 every 3 months. I had my 1st one in August. I'm sorry it hasn't helped me.
I got told not to take anything extra to help.
Your arm will hurt for a few days. I got a upset stomach the next day with it.
It could work for you, best thing is to give it a try. Fingers cross for you. X
Hi ,sorry can harm, apparently gets in the way of meds, was told to stop.
