What a experience simply amazing

The spectators were just fab , handing out cake , sweets , water & hosing you down the kids were handing out jelly baby's , chearing us on shouting our names ,

I was very emotional at times ,

Woohoo - Well Done Pam, it was a tad warm out there wasn't it I totally agree with all your comments regarding the spectators etc, just a fab experience!!

Suffering a bit this morning, but to be expected. Think I pulled a calf muscle as hobbling round still. Relaxing today as a day off work and going off on holiday on Friday to Malta for a real relax. Cant wait. xx

it's got a pulse😱 Of its own,

Hi Pam, Yes I was so pleased that we managed to find each other at the start (Y) Going to post the picture soon. Yes I am nursing a pulled calf muscle and two or 3 blisters too, one of which appeared under a blister plaster ha ha. Got the needle out to pop them all as they were all a bit in the large side. Rest is the plan for today too although I think I need to do some walking to stop the seizing up.

Hope you feel better soon and your blisters disappear soon.

Hi Chris I really am struggling to walk today , but happy I never had any muscle pulls

only 1 bluster but it's big ,

On the top of my toe , ( odd )

It looks bloody to , !!!!!

I'm wondering if I should burst it or not , it's got it's own pulse

Any suggestions?

But all in all I'm good just tired & sore ,
