Today I had a pain clinic appointment ,,the specialised nurse ..inserted a syringe,drained it full of my baker cyst fluid ,,then filled the cavity with steroid fluid ,

Got to rest it 48 hours ,,isn't our NHS amazing ..I'm very lucky to get this attention ,,twinkly xxx
