Have to keep logging in.....

Just an aside but has anyone else had problems with the site recently? Although my 'keep me logged in' box is ticked I have to keep signing in every time I now use the site. Hope all are well & feeling positive today. Poll

Hi Polly,

For about 4 months I had this problem. It drove me mad. I emailed them about ten times becoming more and more irate every time! They couldn't seem to fix it.

In the end I asked them to delete my details from the site, and I re registered yesterday using a different user name and my personal email address which is a pain. I have a BT address for online orders because I get loads of spam, and a gmail address for friends and personal stuff.

Anyway it appears to be working so far.

There are contact details on this site if you hunt around - send them an email and ask them to delete you, and then re register. Hopefully it might work.

Such a pain, this was a great site until they started mucking about with it.

Thanks Louise, think I'm going to try this as it's driving me bonkers to the point I don't look on here much anymore. Which is a shame as it's such a supportive site. I know others are struggling with accessibility too so maybe it's time it was looked at? Keep well, warmest wishes, Poll

I know, used to drive me bonkers too. I though I was the only one and the people that run this site appeared to do nothing about it .

I hope they see your posts and mine.

I also got to the point where I used to just delete all the alerts instead of reading them.

I suggest you sent a stroppy email .....!

Thanks for all your emails , sounds interesting. This site still isn't working properly, if I make a mistake in writing I can't go back and correct it - I have to delete and rewrite the whole thing. Irritating.

Ie if I reread what I've written eg I wanted to go back and put a question mark after how are you - I can't.

They should have left well alone!

Have just registered on the site and am logged in. However it is a waste of my time since I cant read hidden posts because it tells me I need to log in....I AM LOGGED IN !!

Im just put into a circle of impotent frustration and havent the energy to give to trying to sort out a problem which has continued for others without resolve.
