Sponsored Abseil Challenge 2014

Abseiling 100 feet down the front of the Golden Jubilee Wing at King’s College Hospital, London, will provide you with an unbelievable experience, which you will never forget… and all for a great cause. We are offering you the opportunity to do something amazing to raise much needed funds for MPD Voice.

Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity have kindly offered us places on their organised Abseil Challenge 2014.

Date: Friday 27th June 4 pm - 8 pm or Saturday 28th June, time to be confirmed

Location: King’s College Hospital, London, Golden Jubilee Wing

Minimum Fundraising Target: £100 per person

Registration Fee: £25 per person or £10 per person if you register as a team of three of more, no fee will be required until your place has been confirmed

Reserve your place: Contact marilyn@mpnvoice.org.uk for a Registration Form

*Team Discounts*

If you register as a team of three or more then each person only has to pay a £10 registration fee and then raise £100, for example:

Team of 3 = £30 registration fee and a fundraising target of £300

Team of 5 = £50 registration fee and a fundraising target of £500

What’s it like?

This promises to be an adrenaline filled experience, as you learn how to abseil outdoors, no previous experience is required as fully trained instructors will take you through everything you need to know. Friends and family are very welcome to come along on the day and watch you from the ground. An official photograph will be available to purchase after your descent.

The Deep RiverRock Belfast City Half Marathon – Sunday 14th September 2014

Are you taking part in this marathon or thinking about it? We have been contacted by Sharon who is going to take part and wondered if anyone would like to join forces with her to have training sessions, if you would like to please email fundraising@mpnvoice.org.uk and we will forward your details to Sharon. The marathon starts at 9 am with a stipulation that entrants need to be able to finish the course in 3 hours, the fee to enter is £18 per person, if you would like to take part and perhaps raise funds for MPD Voice you will need to register at the official website belfastcityhalfmarathon.net/, please note that you cannot register through MPD Voice.
