NEW - Starting in January for those who will remain childless by circumstance is a FREE 6 week Life Skills programme called ‘Living Life to the Full’, through funding from Aware. Based on a CBT approach it will look at ways to challenge your thinking and experience life in a more positive way. If you are struggling with coming to terms with a life without children then this programme could be for you. The course will be delivered Hilary, NI Support Group Coordinator and it will be an informal and social opportunity to explore issues with a like-minded group.

The programme runs on Saturday mornings 10.30-12.30pm from 14th Jan- 18th Feb at the Aware office training suite, 40-44 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast, BT15 2GG.

To gain the most from the course it is recommended to come along to each of the 6 weeks. To book a place or for more information please contact me at hilary@fertilitynetworkuk.org
