Has anyone found Naproxen useful?

I was given Naproxen 4 weeks ago b the NMC. To start on 3 a day for 2 weeks, then 2 daily for 2 weeks and then 1 daily for two weeks then nothing for 2 weeks. Not to miss a dose and to take even if I don't have a headache. I am on the 1 daily at the moment.. Have had some bad days but they don't seem to be as severe as they were before I was put on them. I aam being treated for MOH and this is the first line of treatment to clarify whether m headaches are caused by too much medication. Have been going back and forth to m GP for 6 years without any joy so booked myself into NMC.... (Amytriptaline and Topiramate didn't work) hope this helps x

Thanks. I came off all medication for six weeks because of MOH and noticed some improvement in headache frequency and intensity. I wanted to do better so tried Naproxen for a couple of weeks but it did terrible things to my stomach and I was on remedial treatment for two months! I think I'll continue to avoid it. Thanks for your help anyway.
