Hi, Just wanted to say in case it helps anyone.

It really helped me when I found out that my main Migraine trigger was smelling perfume, including air freshners, washing powders, scented candles, even some fresh flowers with strong scents. I don't get Migraine anymore, touch wood, but I still carry pink Migraleve and Ibuprofen with me when I go out. I found that taking them together was more effective than Migraleve alone.I avoid perfumes but I'm getting old and maybe that has something to do with being free of the pain.

Bright lights used to also trigger a migraine.

I would take Migraleve as soon as I noticed that something was off with my vision and if I shut my eyes I could see a sparkling light, before that pain kicked in.

I also found these horrible triggers start a migraine. So I bring roll on Peppermint oil and I put it on thr back of my hand and take deep breath while smelling the Peppermint and I can feel it stopping the pain.
