HiI was diagnosed with Hemicrania some years ago after I was finally referred to a consultant. The recommended treatment is indomethacin but I could not take that because it caused me to have migraine on the other side of my head. I was moved onto melatonin which works really well for me. We tinkered with the dose but finally settled on 8mg a night of prescription melatonin. There is always a lingering felling on that side of the head and I have never got rid of the autonomic symptoms but I am so used to those that it does not bother me. Prescription melatonin is expensive so I have had fights when my surgery has tried to discontinue it but worth a try. Good luck
