For the past few weeks, when walking from sunlight outside or a well lit room inside, into a dark space or room I see small white spots which seem to be on the floor or close to the ground.
I have had various vision disturbances over the past few years, including aura migraines and wonder if this could be related to the above? However, these latest issues aren't much like aura migraines so could be something different. I would be interested in anyone has any thoughts.

Very often I have single bright, coloured lights like a tiny firework which fly across my vision. It can be quite distracting as sometimes it is hard not to react to them and follow them. Sometimes I even say "what was that" and realise I am the only person that sees it. It is entirely different to my aura so it isn't a sign I am having a migraine and it isn't those visual floaters as they aren't colourful; I have those too. A little daily reminder that my migraine is there just waiting to take me down when I least expect it. Quite pretty though! Mine don't necessarily stay on the floor though. Hope this helps 🙏
Thanks for your reply Julie and sorry for delay in responding. Yes, I have a range of these types of incidents sometimes triggered by moving from bright sunlight or bright room to dark places. However, other incidents seem to be purely random. It is reassuring to hear that other people have similar issues.
