Whenever I have a migraine, I go to sleep. I do it ever since I've started having them, on the advice of my mom.
Thing is, there's usually a point when I wake up, and when I do I find my head has....locked on to a particular subject and is going through something in my head; Like the last time when for one reason or another my head decided to play around with bits of Coronation Street. I also find myself repeating bodily movements in a particular sequence, before I either throw up or roll back over and sleep again.
Its all very in the moment and I doubt I'll ever be able to control it. I'm just curious - does anyone else have something like this when they're having their migraines?

Yes!!!! I’m so glad I’m not the only one! I repeat things in my head and can’t control it. The same with body movements. There’s no rhyme or reason to it either and doesn’t always happen during a migraine.
I get delirium too. It's awful, and frightening. I have nightmares and terrors at the best of times, so sleep isn't something I welcome sadly. My husband is brilliant, but it does impact on him too. I also have what I call " conscious coma", where I'm fully awake, but unable to move. Honestly, migraine is hell.
