Intense migraines

Hi

I’ve suffered with migraines since I was 7yrs old, am now 40 and when I’ve been the doctors or hospitals

for years I got told it was all in my head

I’ve been given most medications including trial meds and that only got me worse, I’ve become allergic to most medications and feel like theirs a constant jackhammer in my head

in 2017 the doctors finally sent me for a brain scan and I got told theirs nothing wrong yet every year it gets worse, they sometimes last up to a month,

recently ive been taken off all meds and told to take over the counter medications

I suffer from something called short term long term memory loss which means a lot of my short memories have gone but have had that longer

can anyone relate or offer any advice??

Hi, any autoimmune disease in your family, (relatives past or present), including Thyroid disease? aAso if female, miscarriages etc, or heart attacks or strokes at an early age, or DVT's, blotchy rashes etc etc: If any of this sounds familiar come back to me. MaryF

Have you tried sumatriptan, that was the only thing that worked for me after years of different medication from the doctors...

Botox is the only thing that has ever worked for me, even if it doesn't take all of them away it makes them less painful.

Aimovig. .. a new drug that prevents migraine for some... has been a miracle for me. I believe my migraines are due to muscle tension and nerve overload in upper back, shoulders and neck, due to scoliosis.

Hi have you tried CBD products, i have had migraines that paralize me for days but when i started taking CBD tablets and oil droos the Migraines have almost disappeared. Hope it helps
