I've just had a look. There's a programme on bbc1 next Friday at 9.30am talking about headaches and paracetamol. Anyone can watch this on BBC iplayer if they miss it.

Hi there

Many thanks for this. I hadn't been able to find it. GP has told me to only take Paracetamol (and others) "if I really have to". What the heck are we supposed to do regarding the pain? I have been getting pain on most days and feel that I am getting nowhere.
