Hi

I also suffer debilitating Hemiplegic migraines, occipital neuralgia and trigeminal neuralgia. Botox can help ease the symptoms. Along with other medication. I've had botox treatments every 3 months for nearly 2 years and I can tell when it's wearing off as everything comes back with force. But, in the mid part of botox, it helps massively.
