I suffer episodic migraines which get worse around Autumn/Spring, had a really bad cluster this September and had to go off work 2 weeks, then just happened to have 2 weeks holiday. Now I'm going back I'm not sure how much to push myself - I had a migraine last night so called in sick today, I probably could have pushed through but didn't want to trigger another one. Usually there's no question I'd just call in sick but as they've been more frequent I might have to bite the bullet at some point as I don't want to lose more money/sickness rack up against me. Any advice? Do you find pushing through makes it worse? Thank you
I unfortunately had to go on disability because I was missing way to much work due to migraines and because of another health problem I have. My boss almost fired me because of my health conditions and I quit before she could. Tried one more job and I ended up with migraines every single day, I thought I was going to die.
