Anti glare for laptops

Hi could anyone recommend a good anti glare device that helps with migraines for a laptop? I feel this is going to cost my lively hood otherwise. Is thete anything tgat an optician or go can prescribe does anyone know?

Hi, i have a blue light filter on my Ipad and Smart phone, it's great.

Just google free blue light filter for Ipad etc and you'll get one 👍
