As some of you know, i have been experiencing cluster, right sided migraines frequently. I have had them everyday for months, along with nausea.
I recently decided to start using L-Tryptophan, an amino acid, to help calm my mood. If you look it up, it helps a long list of problems, including facial pain
Imagine how shocked I was, when it got rid of my migraine!
I stopped taking it one day and I felt a headache, but not migraine.
Apparently, L-Tryptophan, is essential for the body and is found in food or supplements. I was probably lacking.
