Hi Everyone, i am new and glad to join to community who has similar conditions. I am also suffering from Migraines but not as bed as i used to be. It started 7 to 8 years ago i was suffering badly some cases twice a week, but i learned how to live with it and how to coop with this monster. Now once per quarter if i do forgot what to do list once a month. I am happy to share my experiences with you as below:
-regular exercises
-keep away WINE (Particularley red wine) and BEERS
-regular good sleep, no later than 12 midnight
- DO NOT SLEEP IN HEATED ROOM,
-keep away from very warm places, holiday places.
- when you feel the pain coming, instead using tablet, keep your head under ice cold water about 5 to 10 minutes. soon most pain will disappear.
