Topramax : migraines without pain?

I was diagnosed with that and given topramax 4 years ago when I came down with lymes. It's really sharp pains all over head at any given time. But I really don't have bad side effects from the meds which is surprising cuz I have side effects from everything now. I did feel tired loss of appetite but that's about all and I had to increase dosage to 100 MG. Daily due to its now I have cancer and between the chemo and pain meds I get increased migraines. I guess right now it's a life saver for me.
