I have had migraines since I was 16. Some are mild. Others I have excruciating pain. I’ve taken MRI, CT Scans, spinal tap, all kinds of medication. They are still here. I wake up every morning in pain.

Have you considered taking magnesium?
You could start with 400mg 2x daily and increase.
If it works each one will get less painful, the less frequent.
Could you listen to the Heads up podcast?
I can sometimes reduce(although not completely eliminate) migraine pain by immersing hands in hot water(as high a temperature as you can withstand) for about 5 minutes. The theory is that blood flow tends to go to the hands away from the head; veins can be seen to protrude more in the hands. Other treatments I use are pink migraleve(contains paracetamol) and aspirin together. I find this regime does help - hope it can be of help to you.
A common complaint from those with sleep apnea is waking with a headache. I have suffered with migraines for 20 plus years and was diagnosed with sleep apnea a couple of years ago. Treatment with CPAP has virtually eliminated my morning headaches. I often wondered if the headache induced by apneas was triggering my migraines. I still have migraines, but by careful attention to triggers such as onion avocado nuts aged cheeses chocolate pickled or fermented things and MSG (with its many different names on labels) they have been reduced.
