I have really noticed that as soon as I let myself get to the state of being hungry, I feel the migraine start.

Anyone else? I have to stay ahead of the feeling of being hungry.

Hi yes me too I have to eat little and often regularly throughout the day as otherwise it will trigger mine. I’ve suffered horrendous migraine all my life since puberty. I’m now menopause and although I’m seeing a small improvement I still suffer way too much. Weekly. Try Dolovent it was recommended by my neurologist. It doesn’t cure but it lessens them in my opinion.

Hunger is one of my triggers, as well. I’ve seen it listed in possible triggers so I knew it wasn’t just in my head (no pun intended :)

Almonds are my new best friend! I keep them with me so when I feel the hunger I have something. Have a great day!
