Ive had a headache varying in intensity for the past 4 days. My sides of my head feel like they are being squeezed together. The base of my skull is throbbing. Hasnt gotten worse but hasn't gotten better. Ive taken excedrin and naproxen. Both of which are doing much. Is there something else i can try?

Ice, hot shower, pepermint oil/tea. Drink of water.. go to the doctor for an injection. I do not allow mine to go 2 days and I go in.
Good luck!
I drink plenty of fluid and include a strong coffee or two. Caffeine helps me but I know it doesn't work for all.
