First episode 4 months ago, terrible vertigo improved, but all other symptoms remain. No break, same earaches, tinnitus, confusion, etc. Any ideas?

Thanks for your comments. I had 5 days low dose steroid which helped the vestibular symptoms. Also now have “emergency cocktail” of 5 meds to take and go to bed if I start terrible vertigo episode.
