Awe Jenni I'm sorry your in so much pain 😣. Sinus migraines usually go away once the inflammation starts to settle down. Steam your face as much as possible, do you have any triptan meds? If not ibuprofen or another anti inflammatory med should help.

What are your symptoms? Usually sinus migraine has no aura but you have a lot of pressure.

Sudafed with neurofen works with me if the migraine is caused by sinus (mild) last year I had to do 4 months of antibiotics to get rid of the sinus, it improved my health immensely and the migraines too.

I also stopped smoking which I found out was the main cause of my sinus... I would never have guessed!

I hope you feel better soon, migraines are rotten!
