hello.

I have been on Serteline for always 2 years and it has been working a treat.

however, more recently I have been missing days here and there and taking it irregular. 2 weeks ago I missed 3/4 days and decided I had better start taking it seriously again and have not missed a day since. However about 1 week into taking it everyday I started to experience side effects as if I was restarting it. I have now had almost 1 week of side effects. Is it normal to experience the side effects like this again when I never really stopped it fully but kept taking it irregular?

thanks

Yes .it needs to be in your system constant. Everytime you miss a dose it takes you right back to the start so you will experience the side effects again and again and again. I take mine after I've had my breakfast .maybe set a reminder on your phone? Or a note on the kettle/coffee machine? X
